How to Be An All-Star at Anything
How to Be An All-Star at Anything
To be an All-Star is to be the best of the best. It’s to have the skills, the drive, and the determination to excel in your chosen field. But it’s more than that. It’s also about being a leader, a role model, and a positive force in the world. And, yes, you can be an All-Star without ever being voted to the All-Star team. In the words of my old Hall of Fame College Basketball Coach: “An All-Star is anyone that has the guts to go all-in to achieve their full potential.”
Me, as a youngster, wearing Jackie Robinson’s number.
By doing so, All-Stars inspire others to reach their full potential. For example, Magic Johnson always inspired us when we played against him in the summer at Michigan State University.
